hello i want to disable pm msg for new member

minimum requirement 2 posts to send any private msg to any member

it is possible?

Try this: go into you ACP (access control panel), go to the "General" tab -> Messages and e-mails -> Private messages. Now on the right find "Minimum posts before sending private messages :" enter 2 and save it. You should be good after that.
