Missing founders password

Guys I need some serious help. I cant get into my forums or the admin panel at all and the password retrial security is on even though I dont remember turning it on. I need a password reset but I cant send any admin any messages because of a post limit. I dont know what to do. Someone help please?

These directions dont work for me. I cant remember my password and I can't get it back through email. I can't turn off the security settings because I cant get into my utilities settings because....I can't get into the admin panel....because I forgot my password....

Can you elaborate on why you can't get your password sent via email. We can change the email if you'd like.

Can you elaborate on why you can't get your password sent via email. We can change the email if you'd like.

I can't get my password via email because of the security setting "Disallow getting password by email"

There are a number of cases in which solutions are provided for in the link Mati gave you. You should read the whole thread and see which case applies to your situation.

Again as I have said I went through the list and none of it applies to me except for the last option. Do all of you admins not read the thread before jumping in?

Well if you read the thread you'd understand that we can disable that feature or we can send you a password directly via email

Case 3 and 4 would apply to you as you've lost your password and can't access the utilities, what I'd do is the send you a password directly to the email address associated with your founder account.

Case 1 and 2 are self help methods.

No where does it say option 3 or 4 will not work if you have that security feature enabled. In fact case 3 or 4 is specifically designed to work around that feature and bypass entirely.

So I can disable the security feature and you can retrieve your password

I can send you a password directly to your email

You can send me the following via PM with your prefered choice of either a new password sent directly or I disable the security feature on your forum.
