hi guys, i think our name has expired and i am wondering what to do to activate it again, this happens every year, why? :-)
the person who created the site is not with us any more, i am admin but do not have access to sort this problem and am not in contact or can contact the creator, does this mean we have to close the site?

Only the founder can fix this issue.

When the founder left, did he or she give the founder account to someone else?

As stated above, a domain runs out every year and you will need to renew it. Shall we consider this problem solved?
