In progress Forum Font (Not Google)

Post by Castiel January 21st 2015, 5:51 pm

    Hello,

I was wondering how one would add a font to the forum to be used that is not a Google Font. I know that adding a Google Font is done by taking the code provided by them and adding it to the Overall_Header. It would probably be the same for a forum stored on my own PC but I guess I would have to upload it somewhere first to create a similar url etc. Could someone explain to me how this would be done?

    Regards,

    Cas

    Hello @Castiel,

If you're hosting your fonts elsewhere, you'll need to modify the response headers to allow cross domain usage. Otherwise, if you use it on another website you'll get an error in Firefox, and some other browsers. See this for more information.

Are you referring to a font that most people would have on their computers?
