2. How do I delete a forum for the bottom of the Forumotion advertisement
    

Hello!
To change the default language, just follow these steps.
Access Administration Panel -> Click the General Tab -> Click Configuration (Under Forum) -> Find "Default Language" (Under General) -> Click drop down menu and find your language -> Click Save!

As for removing the forum advertisements at the bottom, you will need to purchase credits and spend them to remove Copyrights from Forumotion to get rid of copyright forumotion links from the footer of your forum on all pages.

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Even using credits will not remove all footer links which can not be removed like forum version copyright.
