This is my first time using the support forum and my first problem. So here it is,

I just installed an AWC Chatbox. And I like it. The issue is as follows: http://prntscr.com/5zz2ew I have edited only the chatbox name which was easy to do in the JS. However, I don't like that blue at all. Nor the the name I gave it in Red. I wanna know where I can edit these things. Also I wanna make the font bigger because it's very small as you can see. The JS included a link to the CSS code below. I tried pasting it in the CSS Stylesheet and saving it but it keeps disappearing  it doesn't stay there. So if anyone can help me I'll appreciate it.

For AWC to be re-styled you need to override (!important) settings found in the default CSS in your own CSS for that. The link to that CSS is given in the default JS installation, but here it is in case you overlooked that: http://chat.avacweb.net/avacweb_chat_2.css

You can style AWC or even translate most of it the way you want. Here's an example of my Dutch chat: http://prntscr.com/6012ep

Did you also delete the small CSS part that comes with the installation and did you switch the default FM chat back on? If so, after that, delete forum cookies and clear cache. It will log you out for a moment, but when you get back on your website, all should be okay.

The part of the chat that goes in the CSS disappeared  after I inserted it. I deleted my forum cookies and logged back in, still nothing. I re-pasted the CSS from my backup on my PC. How do I clear the cache?

OK try this. Enable JS management: NO > Save, then Enable JS management: YES > Save.

Nope still nothing. also the ones not working are the JC code for owners which is a username color edit and prof music which is for profile music which plays a youtube song of the users choice when you visit their profile

Are you sure they (JS) are all on where they should be, like "In the topics", "Index only", etc.? And did the other members delete cookies as well? Are you the only one seeing or...?
