Description of problem

The issue is that many users have tried creating accounts, but when they enter the confirmation code (the correct one) it would go back to the page where you enter your email and stuff, and say that the confirmation code they entered was wrong(but they were correct). In their email inbox would be the activation code (but they dont know its there), so they try to sign up again but they cant re use their email. Its happened on other forums as well (screenshot of me signing up on this forum)

It still works perfect to me. Cuz they entered the wrong captcha, try a right one.
If your user is a color blind or got trouble in distinguishing colors, you have to disable confirmation code manually.
I've been suggested Forumotion to re-make their captcha code with new layout and more functions.
