    A New Staff Member Was Ban Empty A New Staff Member Was Ban

    A new staff member (goat) on my forum, www.ztwds.forumotion.com , was ban on February 3, 2015.  I checked the security log which said I ban the member.  I did not ban the member.  I have urban the member, but I would like to know how it happened in the first place.
