It looks like your forum image is floated, have you tried adding a clearfix or setting the parent's overflow ?

Add this to your CSS :
Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet

Code:

.par.forum-name { overflow:hidden }

This should take the image height into account, and add the links below that content.
