For my portal its showing the bars low Here it shows the bars fully out and show who is higher then who.

Yup I am the highest at first I thought it was just me but to make sure I created a new account it wont fit the bars full length only a small version it or a mere fraction.

Do you the bars are being cut off, because they look fine to me?

all the other besides the top poster will be a % of the top posters post
the top poster always has 100%
so lets say top poster has 10 post
and the next highest is 3 post they will have 30%
the top poster always has 100%
