    I experienced this issue this morning on either this forum or mine, I could not record the time or the screenshot as I was in a hurry and needed to get to school. I know it happened between 6AM and 7PM EST.

    Hello dear members,

    Here the technicians answer:
    This problem is coming from the anti-flood system. Sometimes, the system "overprotects" your forum and blocks the sending message for few minutes. For the moment, we cannot do anything because we prefer to let this system (made to protect your forum) rather than removing the protection. We are working on improving the "anti-flood" system.
