There is not an option for button, but for a link (contribution) in the footer links.

It depends on your country - for example, in Estonian forums there still isn't an option available, but I've heard that English boards got it back.
You can use an alternative. Copy the founder's SMS link from ACP and members can donate through that. However, it always shows that founder sent the SMS.
