     I got an issue from the notification program that told me "Salya wrote a message in a watched topic". When i clicked on the link to the topic, it said only administrators have authority to see it? (Salya is an Admin on a forum I am on.) How doe she go about changing the settings so I can view the watched topic?

    Its likely you posted in the topic and then the topic was moved to an area you can't see.
