Now what do I do in order to get the App Id?

Soz to be a pain but I have no idea what I am doing, can you tell!

Well it looks l like you have only register.  You need to create the app.

You will need to ask for help on Facebook about creating an app.

Ok mate it was just cause on the modules page on my site it said follow these steps so I thought it would be easy.
