Huge space above table

There is blank space, a lot of it, above any table I post.

I am trying to figure out this darned css/html table thing. Can anyone link me to a thorough tutorial as well as explaining to me how to get rid of that big space in the meantime?

but there is no solution. Has this been fixed or is still just...

What preciselly do you mean by a big space?

I included the image... There is hundreds of pixels above where the table should be. It's just a big blank space that is there for no reason and has nothing to do with what I am posting as it happens no matter what code I use. It might be something I'm lacking in my CSS or something but the fact that others have stated the same issue makes me believe it's something in the forumotion code. Maybe. I don't really know.

The link to your image is broken and I am on a tablet so I was unable to see the screenshot. May you fix the link? Also did you write this code yourself or get it from a tutorial?
