Photo's not displaying

Hello, everyone. 

It's been a while. I haven't been much active here due to that I migrated my Forum to IPB but I was asked to help in a Forumotion forum, so I'm back and in need of help. 

I was made Admin of a forum and they seem to be having issues with their avatars and pics. This is what I get as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/6bdced 

as you can see it appears as corrupted. At first I thought it was me cause I was on an old laptop but then today I log in in brand new laptop I bought 2 days ago and it's still happening. Thats when I knew something was up. If anyone can help me I'll be greatful. This forum I am in is phpbb3
