    Anybody know of a decent program for free to animate buttons and know how to add highlight/glow affect to buttons when you mouse over them?

    Hello @PlayToy,

    Are you referring to images or buttons on your forum ? For animated images, you can use a graphic program which supports animations, or online generators. If you're talking about buttons on your forum, then could you provide an URL to your forum ?
