With "Forumotion copyrights" thfey refers to this links in your footer:
deactivating this copyrights (through credits) the links in the red squares will disappear and you will even have the opportunity to edit your toolbar in text, link, colors, etc..
You have to know that:

You have to know that:
- The link contact can be removed eve without credits from your ACP
- The link PhpBB or Invision or PunBB due to your forum version will never be removed due to copyright reasons for the forum software

@FIB I think saying 2 seconds is even too much 
Once that you have selected that you want to spend your credits for forumotion copyrights you will see the page "Everything has been done correctly" and that's it
