Could you please provide some more details?
Widget codes are easily added to the templates because they use the same method. The same way you will modify a widget you will modify a template. Now if you mean take the whole right/left side of the widgets in one template i am afraid no you cannot. But we cannot help you if we don't know exactly what your problem is.
By the way, next time you can try to use the Advanced method of posting. It's better (i think) because you get correct answers easier and a lot faster than simple way!

i want to know how can i embed the last topic widgets in the template index, is any code or trick to do that ???
