What do you mean by a landing page?

equal to welcome page ...... where instead of portal it lands to link removed - Sir Chivas.  there in main page will b a redirect link to go to forum ...

Well you can create an html page in ACP-->Modules-->HTML Pages management, create a new html page and make sure you tick 'make this html page my homepage'.
