When do websites get offered free credits?

Hi,

This is just a general question. I've heard that some forumotion sites get offered free credits for having a good enough number of activity points. While I don't know if we've reached that number or not, I would like to know when I would want to look for this in the Admin Panel, just so I don't end up missing it if it does happen. Do you only get offered credits on your one year anniversary, or could they be offered at any pint after if your Activity Points are high enough? What if my Activity Points jump up the day after the 1 year anniversary- would I need to wait a whole year before they are offered then?

I do not know if there is a criteria that is followed not, but after searching through the FAQ for a bit this is all I could dig up about credits: https://help.forumotion.com/t1219-credits-management it does not mention credit offering, but that is the closest thing I could find... maybe a staff member can give you a more thorough explanation, as I myself have heard of it but know nothing of it.

Forums are not offered free credits, but free domain names if they meet certain requirements.

Forumotion sometimes have contests where you could win credits.  Right now we have an Easter Contest on the support forum.
