How do I add two flags in a row?

Hello!

So, I am going to add some flags to my forum. I am adding them through "profile fields" as images.

Now, for some choices I only want to add one flag, like this:

But for some other choices, I want two flags, like this:

How do I do this?

Considering if you're using a list type, you can only include 1 image. So, the best option would be to put the two flags into one image. You could also have two profile fields as well, but that can take up a bit of space if you have a lot.
