Need help reclaiming founder account

I got locked out of the founder account for my forum since password resets on it are disabled.

Is there anything I can do? I have another admin account but it's not the founder account so I can't do things like change the url and whatnot.


Also is it possible to reset my forum to an earlier state? When I gave another person admin a few years ago they wiped everything and I kind of just gave up and abandoned the website until recently.

Yes your forum can be restored to an earlier date using the forum utilities. https://www.forumotion.com/utils


But keep in mind depending on the number of years, the backups would be taken off line there. In such case A staff member or Buttercup will need to assist you.
