I see you've been bumping for awhile.
Anyway, in regards to this widget. While it would be possible to jury rig one without a database, the result would be inaccurate, inefficient, and adversely affect permissions on your board. There's only two options I see :
1. Get an external database and someone with knowledge in PHP + the database to help you set something up. This however, will not log any tags prior to the installation.
2. Post a
suggestion for this widget so that maybe in the future you can get it directly on your board and from Forumotion's databases which should be the most accurate and efficient solution.
I'm sorry I won't be able to help with this, but that is the most I'll be able to offer you.
