Detailed Description: I need a Classic Layout for my zombie MMORPG "Revival of the Dead" I need it to be as unique as possible lol.. Heres what i'm going for.. 

I need these done for background:

Background Picture Image, 
Background Row Title, 
Row Category right, 
Row Category Left, 
Vote bar Left, 
Vote bar right, 
Vote bar Center, 

I need them to be designed similar to these

By layout, do you mean just a forum banner? What exactly are you asking for?

Full forum Design? Background row titles ect? and Navi bar

I'm sorry, but we don't do theme requests here. We only make smaller requests. =) If you want to request a navigational bar, feel free to edit your first post with information specific to that.
