Set element to all pages on forum

Hello i have a problem with settin element to all pages of forum, we created an additional "navbar" in generalities and this is displaying only on the homepage when we go in other forum categories it wont be displayed, how to enable it with html code?

We have completely working this "navbar" but just want to have him on every page of forum.

Did you add this navbar in the overall_header template, a widget ..?

Add this on

Display>Homepage>Generalities 
because its Html code.

Or should i add it somewhere else?

The homepage message only displays in the homepage, so I'd add it somewhere else such as a widget or in the templates.

When i add code (html) as a widget it doesnt appear, so its must be in css or placed in other place ?
