Loading Issues For Canadian Domain Names

I have created an only topic for loading issues for members who have Canadian domain names - https://help.forumotion.com/t140223-only-topic-issues-connecting-with-forums-that-have-canadian-domian-names .

So far I've found nothing about this on the French forum but then again I doubt we would because its unlikely due to languages.

French support has also this type of complaint. The problem came from the end of automatic redirection from domain.ca to canadian-forum.com
Actually, we try to find someone in Canada to create an account, so that the redirection stays on all Canadian forums. 
I asked few weeks ago but we don't find anyone to help us: https://help.forumotion.com/t139702-important-domaine-ca#948924

So, now Canadian forums have to use only the new address as the old one won't redirect to our service
