Unable to add new profile field

I am adding a new profile field and everytime I go to save it, there is an error during configuration. However, this only happens if there is data in the list (I am using image list) however, when the list is blank, it saves. If I add four blank spaces in the list, it will save but I will be left with one space and I cannot add any more... so, what should I do? I do have a test account with administrative abilities if you wish to use it!

Have you tried:
 -Clearing your cache?
 -A different browser?


Also could you provide the images you are trying to use i was just able to add an image list  to my forum.

Could you also provide a screen shot of the image list with the information filled in before you hit submit.
