    How do I change the text that shows in the internet browser tab?
    Right now it says: Free forum: forum name but I want it to say just the forum name.

    Hey @rhe

    Just go to Administration Panel > General > Forum promotion > Search Engines

    Whatever is in the "Homepage title" textbox is what appears on your forum.

    Hello,

    You just have to change the site name in the acp, you can do this in ACP-->General-->Configuration look for site name at the top, put in your forum name (or whatever you want the tab to say). Click save.

    LOL @brandon_g that's not what @rhe meant.

    rhe meant that the tab text has "Free forum : [rhe's forum name]" and wants to get rid of the free forum text

    Dude, i was just showing another way to change the name to help. There no need to get smart!

    Also ACP stands for Administrative Control Panel, its what we here use to refer to the Admin Panel.
