Allopass is not working!

:wouhou:Hi, I've tried to get some credits on Allopass.. but when I went to phone them on my home phone it said the number could not be completed as dialed. How does this system work and how do I get to them?

Have you tried looking for a local number in your area to Allopass and contacting them about this issue?

When I just tested it on my forum, I did not see any telephone number.  Did you pick the country that you are living in?

Yes, when you select Canada you are given a phone number.

Are you using a land line as instructed to do so?

The actual number says it couldn't be completed as dialled while the help number is no longer in service.
Yes I am calling from a landline and yes I am calling from within Canada.

Should I try calling the American number? Nevermind! There is no American number!

So it appears that Allopass became Hipay Mobile. Have you tried contacting them?

Since this is a third party, we really can not change the numbers.  You will need to contact Allopass because they are the ones who give the numbers.

Have you also tried without the 1?  In the United States if a number is in your calling area, you do not have to deal 1.  But because this numbers I am guessing are toll free numbers, you will need to deal the 1.

I have tried with and without.

Have you tried choosing the american option instead . Even though you live in canada you can still use the american method right?

Incorrect, as there is no American number.
However, there is a United Kingdom number but I'm scared that it will cost an exceptional amount.

I will ask our Pro Admin to look into this.

I tried calling the UK number but it connected me to an Operator, I stupidly hung up.
