How to customize the toolbar?

I've recently obtained copyrights, so I can get a toolbar. However, it's rather ugly. With the forumotion toolbar it looks nice! 

• How do I change the background?
  
• How do I add the avatar?
  
• How do I change what social media I have/design of the icons
  

Etc.

As for the background, how do I change it to an image I want, not a colour scheme. Also, what are the dimensions for the toolbar image?

You do know that you can use the toolbar without using credits?

No, no I know... but you need to credits to have it as your own toolbar!
