Forum Topic Counter

Hi,
Is it possible to put a topic counter in the top of all pages? Like in the forum statics, but I want only this, not the entire statics. Something like "There's currently XXX topics in the forum." and the number automatically changes whenever a new topic posted.

• In the forum where the topic you are reading is
  
• In the whole forum (http://evasion.forumo.org/)

Everywhere. In the portal, homepage, above the topics, so literally in all pages where members can go. xD

I mean, you want to display the number of total posts in your forum (http://evasion.forumo.org/) or only in the forum where the "counter is"
