In my forums, I am receiving many private messages from an user called "REMOVED THE USERNAME SYSTEM OFF THE TOPIC "

It says that there is some issues with phpBB templating system and some variables that work in threads, shouldn't.

Please when you open a topic you must explain your problem. 
Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Please follow the steps i have gave you to ban the member as this is not ME!
I have also looked over your forum and found nothing wrong without logging in to the forum.

Please also pm me back with a copy of the PM's sent to you for my records.

NOTE: Staff members will only make an account on your forum if you can not make a test account then we will ask for it to be Deleted. So if any one makes an account on your forum saying they are staff The chance of that being one of us is next to nothing.

We ask you for a test account and we do that By pm here on the support forum only.

If the forum was reported for a problem then our staff in the head office will post a comment in your ACP asking you to remove any thing that is breaking our TOS other then that your forum will be deleted.
But I see NO PROBLEM in your forum.

There is no need to be rude if you don't make it 100% clear then we can not help you.

There is nothing else that can be done other then ban the member if there doing it all the time. or turn there PM's off

Sorry for being "rude". And the whole PM thing isn't real, I was just showing what happens when you enable users to play with template variables on threads. Even you fell for it. So it's something to fix on forumotion's side, not mine.

Um... They allow you to do that. It's not a problem or bug. Just have to use it wisely thats all.

Yeah, right. Except there is no way for anyone to figure out this is even possible besides finding it by accident as I did. Such a cool feature.

Actually there is a webpage on the forumotion website that lists them all. You have to do a google search to find it though :p.

I would ask you not to post like that @MarcoNecroX this is considered as spamming the support forum
A warning is given for doing so.

As said this is not a bug or a problem with the templates at all it is meant to be used for making it more easy to send a pm to a lot of members at the same time of a thread to more then 1 member at a time.

Consider this a light warning  Not to make fake posts that is taking staff members time up for no Good reason.
