What do you mean it doesn't work? Remmeber it only sends one out for the user's birthday, nothing else.

I don't even know how it sends it. Where and how does it send it?

Just sends a pop up when the user 1st log on. You know how when you get a new pm, when you enter the site again or refresh the page you get a pop up telling you that you have a new pm?
The birthday pop up will appear JUST like that.

Bradon, I understood your tutorial but, I don't think it works for me because I've tried a test account, I used the next day as its birthday. Nothing happened the next day

Did you add a year to it? I don't know. I have always just kept it active on my forum. If it sends the pop up then it does, if it doesn't it doesn't. I have always viewed that feature as a "Oh well thats good..." type features. It doesn't hurt to have active even if it doesn't work. I never tested it :p.
Maybe you should wait for a staff to get online to check it out.
Do you have pop up blockers activated? If so try de activating it and trying again. It might be blocking it.

Yeah, I added a year, day etc. Pop up blockers? I don't think so. Where and how, even if they are?

Pop up blockers... They come with internet browsers, they help keep out some of the bad pop ups on the web, but at the same time some of the good ones. Try going into your browser's security settings... Look for pop up blocker or pop up anything. It should have something in the options that say 'Block pop ups on all websites' , 'Block pop ups on some sites' , 'Block pop ups but ask if the pop up should be blocked'. Should have somethint like that.

I've scrutinized the browser, there's nothing like Popup there. I'm using an Operamini 7.1& UC Browser 9.1.4

Oh... I don't know any touch screen browsers except for those on tablets and phones. Why don't you try on Mozzila Firefox or Google Chrome for us? Those are the most common browsers .

Ok, I have activated the system on my test forum and reset the birthday to a test account to tommorow. I will let you know the results sometime tommorow.
-Brandon
NEXT DAY EDIT: I didn't get a pop up on my test forum either. @Buttercup , could this possibly be a global issue ?

Actually.. I performed the test again today. I remmeber yesterday that I got a message saying (I am on my phone during both of these tests by the way.. You can only have 8 tabs open on the phone's standard browser) that I could open a new tab, because I had the maxium open already. Today I tried it again with only 7 tabs open. It worked, well sorta, it was blank, but that could have been due to a text color issue on my test forum or just something with my phone.
