Hightlight and copy and paste

Description of problem

We have set up a game called Cat caught your tongue, and the object of the game is to highlight and copy and paste in a new post and delete one.

However, when we try to highlight the previous post and post in a new post it doesn't come up. Its blank!!

It works if we go to previous post click on edit and highlight and copy and paste that way. But we think that takes to long when we can just can highlight copy and paste the previous post with out clicking on edit.

So my question is how can we do this without clicking on edit every time?

I don't want to save it every time its my time or even the Member don't want to save it. I know it can be done seen it done before.

I would like to just highlight it and copy and paste it in my post!!

Is it an image game? Is the post made up of images I mean?

I guess you can say it is. IS there something I am missing? That its why it might not be able to do what I wanted it too.

Well, if it is image only, that would be why it will not appear in the post just by copying the actual post. You need the bbcode tags as well in order for it to appear (

) in the post. This is why it will not work the way you guys are doing it, if it were only text it would work, but because it is an image it won't. Hence why you always have to put it in edit mode for it work.

Yes that is correct!

So you are saying if it has the IMG in each side you should work when you highlight and copy to paste it in the next post?

So when you highlight the images and press copy, you can not paste it in a new post?

I tested it here, and it worked.

When I highlight and copy and then paste it in a post it is Blank

All the IMG is on both sides too, so I don't understand why it work when u did it but when I did it didn't work
