Description of problem

Hi. I am having a trouble buying credits. the error says The number of credits exceeds the limits  therefore, how can I manage to fix this. I am using Paypal for the payment and before in my other forum. Buying domain and credits works as it is. However, Now seems having this glitch and my friends are still waiting for my domain. kindly help me to solve this problem.  Idea

I want to know what does she means here?

bump. I am still kind of upset for knowing that there is some exceeding credits limit for this site. I even bother putting a lot of effort by making my second forum and have invited a lot of my friends to visit it with it's own domain name hosting (disabling ads too). I swear to god I never have purchased 10k credits. I like this site, and I hope you do something for my favoring, I don't want my efforts to end from nothing and I have been a member of this site for a year as I couldn't even imagine to encountered such an unexpected error.

If only I know that there is a credits limit. then I wouldn't bother to do the same thing with creating and designing images and rules including how I transact with different friends in real and in internet. I am holding a one internet cafe that I invited them to join. please resolve this to avoid such an inconvenience actions to avoid losing your loyal member. or put it on your rules description that your site has it's own credits limit. so that people will be aware from this kind if you can't resolve this matter.

We found where the problem comes from. Actually you are located in Saudi Arabia and due to Paypal restriction,  you can buy credits via Paypal with an Arabic IP
You should use an other payment method. We do apologize for the trouble.

I would like to mention at the Arabic Forumotion site (ahlamontada) had removed Paypal and its no longer available they said there some hacks came from this way of payments and that was the reason for blocking Paypal from Arabic stations

That is correct. There were too much hack and Paypal asked us to remove this payment method from the Arabic forums. It is a shame for honest customers but we didn't have alternative choice.

Now, I understand. I am an expat here in Saudi Arabia and I can't use an Arabic IP because Arabic Language is not my mother tongue.

Moreover, kindly clarify other payment method that are accessible? I am new to arranging payment transaction online since this is my 2nd time to buy something through web. My first bought forum was last 2014/2013 here in forummotuion and this was my second attempt.

However, Does this mean only the Allpass, Skrill and CashU works for me to buy credits. or there is no hope for me to buy credits to buy my own domain?

too bad the answer is yes these are the 3 only ways since you are in Saudi Arabia
so if you want to buy credits you have to use one of the only 3 ways that available

Well if the 3's is available to use and not ban in saudi arabia then I'll try. thank you! Best regards. 

The available options should be in the administration panel and on the donation page when you activate the donation system if you have that option.

don not worry about the other 3 they are available
since im from Egypt and following the Arabic forumotion (ahlamontada) news so this how i know why and when its has been removed
since your topic is solved ask stuff to close it

donation page is also removed in Arabic so i think he may not able to use this one too since he live in Saudi Arabia
