    When I scroll my mouse over the category text, it moves, grows larger, and floats. It is very annoying. I believe it's built into the forum's design. How do I fix this?

    Yes. I believe it is the theme's fault. I just need to know if it's changeable, and if so, how to change it.

    That code is in your CSS code it came with the skin.

    Go to your Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and Colors > hit colors > hit CSS Stylesheet
    that will be your css code if you can copy and paste it and PM it to me so I can take a look.
