Needing help restoring my forum.

Hi folks! I'm relatively new to forumotion as of now, but I have been using it for a while. I'm not quite sure where to post this, but I do need help, if you can offer it. I recently deleted a forum of mine, www.risenrevolution.net. I really need help restoring it, but when I type in the usual stuff in Forumotion's utility center, and try and access the website with my creation email and password, it shows up with another site.

I really need help getting it back. All help is appreciated. If this topic isn't in the right section, it would help me if it could be moved as well.
