Requesting a Navbar for my Forum

Detail description : I'd like to order a few custom-made navbars. I've given the colors, and the font, and I'd like something to do with dragons, like, have a dragon picture on the background, or a png dragon on the side, your choice. I don't really mind. Could you also make the words PNG (like, just words only, transparent background). Also, would it be possible make it glow a bit? Like, with a slight white glow or something? I'd also appreciate it if the 'Register' button was blue, same with the 'NEW PM' one. I'd also like the buttons disconnected, please.

I didn't add a glow because it can be done with CSS coding and it could only glow on hover or something, if that interested you.  Up to you!

Would it be possible if you could change the dragon icon into a lighter color? My forum's rather dark, and I'm not sure it'll be visible.
