    Hi, I'm wondering on how many times i can use the same url with the same e-mail address?(example: pb2ss.forumotion.com)

    You can not use the same email address to create two forums.

    When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
    Never post your email in public.

    It will take some time before the forum is completely removed from the database.
