i cant buy credit..! for domain

i have tried several times but cant buy any credit to buy domain..
i just deposited money into my mastercard.. i tried using it to pay..i did anthor card..still
it not working..anyhow or way to do it..cos im getting stressed here

Am in Ghana
i keep getting this everyday for the past 2 months.
i contacted my bank, i have done everything possible..
anytime i try = error uploading mastercard.

i use skrill, paypal is not working over here..!

I sent your problem to our technicians. They told me the problem is not coming from us but from Skrill. The problem could come from a problem between your bank and Skrill

i contacted my bank and they did everything for me, but still same problem.
so how do i go bout it now?
