    Automatically Email Users if Inactive? Empty Automatically Email Users if Inactive?

    Hi there,
    I was curious if there was any way to email users automatically if they have not been online for a certain amount of time? I know there's the "Handle Users" option but is that automatic, or must it always be done manually?

    @Zeena this must be done manually whenever you want to inform them. The system does not send an automated message if users get inactive.
