Hello i have a problem with my forum

Let me see if I understand your problem correctly, your forum activation is set to 'Admin' and you don't want it to be, correct?


If so, you can change this in ACP (Admin panel)-->Users and groups-->User options--> Where it says 'New accounts activation', tick this to 'User' or 'No Activation' (your choice) and save.

if do  you see from a picture i up i do it and i save but before a last time when the forumotion working and i see this a problem anyway if someone can do something this my forum http://mircx.forumotion.net/forum

Your saying it has always been set to that? Yet you still recieve emails to activate them? Can you try setting it to 'Admin', saving then putting it back to 'No activation' and saving to see if this helps. Sometimes this can reset your settings serverside.

You know where you set it to 'No activation' right? Well do that same thing, except this time tick 'Admin' and save.


Then change it back again to 'No activation' and save.

Well, if the above didn't work, then I don't know. Might be a problem only staff or the pro admin can look into. I would for a staff member to reply.

Actually, there is 1 more thing we can try. Have you tried reschronizing your forum? This can be done in ACP-->General-->Configuration , scroll down until you see 're schronize forum'. Try that and see if it helps at all?

Are you using the founder account?  There is a new feature where if the forum is not active, the register activation setting is changed to admin.

i do everything but nothing work if you can fix it or someone i to be happy

When you log into your forum, are you using the founder account (u1)?

i`m admin there i use with Admin and i try do everything this a problem when the forumontion make work in all forums and i get a problem

Does your forum have much activity?  Forumotion has has updated the spam system to turn the activation option to admin when then forum is not active.

no is no have very much activity my forum is mircx irc i try put in here the address but i cant

Even so, the Founder should be able to set it back to the original setting. Which it is not allowing him to do.

anyway my friend everything is fine only the problem and i no see where i can restart or configure the forum i happy if someone in here manager can help to me  about this
