Problem Terms of service

I have a problem and do not know quite what's going on.

On my forum http://bezdepozytu.forums-free.info/  in the administration panel I received message:



Is anyone would be so kind as to explain to me how I break the rules and conditions forumotion?

From myself I will add that advertising and Copyrights removed from forum thanks to points that will buy from forumotion.

I would be grateful for a specific indication of a problem.

breaking the forumotion terms of service is against the rules, so you'll have a limited amount of time to remove that inappropriate thing

But what exactly do I remove this? I write in the message that "Bank Fraud", there is no question of any fraud for several years buying points in same way.

Yeah that is wierd, I don't know how they expect anyone to correct that, I would call your bank, the issuer of whatever you used (credit card/debit card) to pay for the credits and the company/support team of the payment method (ex. paypal, skrill, etc) and see if they can get a hold of Forumotion or its bank and try and resolve the issue.


Do the credits appear in your admin panel, the amount purchased I mean?


If nothing else this will likely require @Buttercup the pro admin to look into, however, she won't be in until Monday, so you may have to wait for a response.

ok, so I'll wait until Monday. I would add that buys loans by SMS. I can give you  phone numbers and certainly it can be somehow verified.

What method of payment (Ex. Paypal, skrill, etc) did you use to purchase the credits? What did you use to pay for it (ex Credit card, Debit card, etc)?

Are you asking members to give you money without using the donation system?

I just visited your forum.  It could be an issue with your forum being a betting forum.  You might need check what exactly is posted oin your forum.

So only remains for me to wait till Monday? Then Buttercup will show me what exactly is problem?

Does anyone support forumotion will be gracious to help me? It has been less and less time, and I still do not know what the problem is. I would like to fix it but I do not know what problem is.
