Re: Co-founder?
We have the same problem but seems that only a founder can do changes on the template. I am having a hard time to do template update since I still need to bother the founder to make any changes in the template. I hope that there is an option where a founder allows his admin to do template editing so it wouldn't be a hassle for the both of us.

Re: Co-founder?
Hello
As Russel said, only the founder can access the templates. The only solution is to give your founder accesses to your co-admin. But we don't recommend it for security reason.
However, you can create an admin group that accesses the admin panel without accessing the founder tools and templates modifications

@buttercup I do understand, however, many of us would be happy if there is an option where a founder allows his admins to do at least template editing so, sharing of founder's access can be avoided. Hope you consider the suggestion.

Re: Co-founder?
The Founder could also give you the templates you wish to modify, you modify them and give the Founder the newly modified template so he/she can publish them for you.

Re: Co-founder?
@brandon_g that could work but as ive said earlier, it will be a little hassle for both party as I still need to contact him and wait. Of course, there are some things that needs to be considered. One is founder's activity, you will have to wait when he will be online, it could take days, weeks or worst is months. Time is already wasted. Second is effort. When modifying template, there is always a risk in committing mistakes or encountering errors and bugs, and so we fix it. Test it on other forum and bother the founder again to apply the changes. This time, double effort exerted and the cycle goes on. Hope you dont get me wrong but having an option for founders to allow admins to apply template changes will be a great help for everybody's convenience.
