Hi! Just a quick problem I'm experiencing, I'm currently operating a forum, as an admin, I'm a able to post replies to topics on the mobile version. However the public/guests can only do it via the desktop version, the mobile version does not have a 'reply' option. Maybe I know if there's any settings that I'm missing out or do I have to change anything? Responsive very much appreciated, thank you!

Can the public and guests post replies when they switch to the classic version?

Yes they're able to! But when converted to the mobile version, the reply pop up box doesn't seem to appear!

Hello @Unitedreview,
Could you please confirm that you are talking about this forum?
If yes, I am able to reproduce your problem.
Could you check if your problem is solved when you go to your ACP(Admin Control Panel) > General > Messages and e-mails > Configuration > Messages > Allow Quick Reply : Yes.
However, this function will add a quick reply box in the desktop version too.

Hi, yes this is the forum! I went to check and realised the option of 'allow quick reply' is already checked, however the 'quick reply' box is still not appearing!
Thank you very much for you help!
