Text Insert into Edit Title Section ?

Is there a way to insert a text into the place where members / guest edit for the title, because I don't like the " Subject " next to the bar, but it would be cool if there was an automatic text saying  " Click here for title " because some members get  confused on what the bar is for, so it would really help clarify what the bar is for, to the noobs who sign up to the site.
