Can anyone tell me what theme is this? I've been searching for hours and didn't get any luck

Phpbb2 SubSilver Black.

To set the same theme up on your own forum go to your admin panel > Display > Skins > Choose a theme

Then go to the 'version' tab, check phpbb2 and save. After that go to the 'skins' tab, find SubSilver Black, click on it and don't forget to save the settings.
