Hi, I think it would be a good idea if we were given the choice to edit our PM's after we submit it, if we forgot to tell someone important then we can simply edit it.

It can be missed pretty easily.
Along with editing, you can also delete the sent message(s) from the outbox page. However, these options are only available until the recipient reads the message.
