I have 2 forumotion web pages. I created custom domain names, but I would like to use the original domain names, so please delete the new ones, and please give me the originals.

You can do that by yourself.
Go to Admin panel > Misc > Credits management > Spend Credits > Domain name and then delete the personalized domain name

I can't I see this in the admin panel:

You can at any time remove your custom domain name (by request on support forum) and return to your original web address: http://roxfortreloaded.hungarianforum.com

You cannot renew your domain name for the moment....

Your original domain name is http://roxfortreloaded.hungarianforum.com.


I can not delete the custom name myself I wish I could

I was just trying to see if I could help you solve the issue on your own. If you tried those steps and they didn't work, then you are going to have to wait for the pro admin @Buttercup to come on tommorow. As she can help you with serverside stuff.

We ask member to contact the support to avoid deletion by mistake.
You should be aware that deleting a domain name can damage your SEO and forum traffic. A domain name is really good for your SEO. Moreover both domain names have been offered by our service. Once your domain name deleted, you no longer have the free domain name option.
Finally, I've checked your forums and there is a good activity...

If you still want to delete your domain name, I need you to send me a private message with the following information:

- Domain name
- Original url of the forum
- Foundation email
- Whois information (the information you filled while buying the domain name: name, address, country, email, phone)
- The reason of deletion

I highly recommend you to inform all your members you're about changing the url of your forum. Otherwise, people won't find your forum. You can inform them with a global announcement, a newsletter and a mass private message.
